How often do you receive large files in your email from colleagues, these being reports, memo's or even just articles of interest.

Your email gets clogged up with files you don't know if you should keep or not, the mail system gets slowed down with huge files being emailed to multiple recipients. You have these files sitting on your hard drive that you don't know if they are the latest or not.

The INFO-LINK system was developed out of a need for live information and to remove all the above 'unwanted' situations.

With INFO-LINK you are able to upload a file to a central place and notify other users that there is a file that they need to look at. Whether this file is a spreadsheet, document, memo, email just about anything, other users will be able to see the file.

At the same time, you are able to specify what groups of users can view those confidential, financial/management type reports.

INFO-LINK will also keep track of who views the files, how many times and when, all of which you are able to view as a graph or list the detail.
