analysis of data

Another of the systems developed for our Management System clients promotes/ encourages the sharing of information, such as monthly reports, company-wide memos and briefs, information analysed such as rejects/ complaints, etc, but also ensures that only the latest revision is available, and without bogging down the servers. (This is something that could be installed to be available across your whole network).

Too often reports are generated fullstop. Ideally, we believe the analysis of results and associated reports should be the beginning of the process rather than the end.

To reach a point that results are analysed and form the basis of the decision-making process, one needs to have the structures in place to first encourage analysis, then the interpretation of results, followed by action.

Infolink enables a moving away from the "distribution" of information, to a point where everyone comes "together" to see information made available. This is the first step towards creating the right environment to encourage this process, where the next step would be to insist on an interpretation of information made available.

Isolink is in a position to analyse data presented, for example, to establish the correlation between multiple variables. Results can be prepared in the form of written reports, tabulated data, or graphical presentations, as you require.

The application of appropriate statistical techniques can be a powerful problem solving tool, not to mention its role in establishing the effectiveness of actions/ adjustments/ process changes.
