The Manager Certification of an International Certification Body had this to say, following the certification of the chemical manufacturing organisation;

Alison has a clear understanding of the ISO standard and its application, confirmed during the certification audit where the systems were found to be comprehensive and appropriate to the nature of the business."

Following a surveillance audit, the Works Director wrote the following congratulations to the QA team, now ISOLINK;

"Although the ultimate responsibility for maintaining the system rests with the production people, I do not believe they would have been as successful without your constant vigil, enthusiasm and drive, well done."
