We are a Management System consulting organisation, focussing on the ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, and unrelated electronic development, offering the following services:

• Facilitating the definition of company and departmental quality objectives, and associated action plans, for incorporation in the Management System. (Our experience has found that too often the ineffectiveness of the Management System is due to the undefined objectives resulting in a lack of "focus").
• Developing Management systems and facilitating the implementation thereof, using a hands-on approach, getting involved as part of your team;
• Developing database-driven electronic forms;
• Analysing systems, not limited to IT, which enable Business Continuity and making recommendations according to the findings.
• Training personnel at all levels - Basic Quality Awareness for shopfloor workers, ISO 9001 and Internal Auditing;
• Monitoring your level of compliance and system effectiveness through internal quality audits and data analysis. (We find more and more companies are outsourcing their internal auditing function, to achieve an unbiased and thorough assessment);
• Assessing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements;
• Auditing your organisation (internal audits), and your suppliers, on your behalf;
• Electronic control systems design and development;
• Statistical analyses/ problem solving.
